Coaching is an investment — not a shortcut.
Meaningful career and leadership growth demands time, energy, and a serious commitment to change. This process requires patience, self-reflection, and the willingness to take ownership of your future. As your coach, I won't give you ready-made answers. Instead, I will challenge your thinking, expand your perspective, and support you in uncovering the solutions that are right for you. The more seriously you engage, the more transformational the results will be.

The chemistry call is a crucial first step.
In this free session, we will discuss your current situation, your goals, and what you hope to achieve through coaching. You’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions about my coaching approach, background, and how the process works. It’s also an essential time for me to assess how I can best support you and ensure we are the right fit to work together. This call sets the foundation for a successful coaching partnership. ​

Laying the foundation for your success.
Before we begin our first coaching session, you will be asked to complete three carefully designed questionnaires. This pre-work is essential — it provides valuable insight into your personality, motivations, and challenges, allowing us to start our work together with clarity and focus. Your honest, thoughtful responses will shape a coaching process that is highly targeted, strategic, and aligned with your vision for growth. Taking the time to invest in this preparation is a critical step toward achieving meaningful, lasting results.

We will begin by co-creating and finalizing our coaching agreement — establishing a clear, mutual understanding of our partnership, expectations, and shared commitment. Following this, we will use our first session to take a deep dive into your background, the insights from your pre-work, and your personal and professional goals. This is a critical session where we map the landscape of where you are today and where you aspire to be. The depth of understanding we build here will shape a tailored, strategic coaching journey designed to move you toward your career and leadership ambitions with clarity, focus, and purpose.

Each coaching session will be tailored to your individual goals, values, and aspirations. We will dive deeper into your skills, achievements, strengths, and areas for growth — helping you build the clarity and confidence needed to design your future. Through powerful conversations and strategic questioning, you will generate ideas, explore options, and commit to action plans that align with your career and leadership vision. After each session, you will complete a short reflection questionnaire to track your progress and ensure that our work remains focused, impactful, and fully aligned with your evolving goals.

Progress review against goals and future steps.

Our last session will be a check in session to see how far you've come and what you will be achieving in the future. We will review your progress against your goals and action plan, and seek whatever support you may need at this stage to help keep you on-track and accountable for making your new career path a reality. This would be our last session. 

Possibility of a 6 month and/ or 12 month check in upon discussion and confirmation.
